「野球育成」（以下「本アプリ」）は、つるはし社（個人による運営）が提供する、野球選手の育成シミュレーションゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたって取り扱う情報について説明するものです。
本アプリの提供者は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。ユーザー登録・ログインの機能や、利用状況の計測（アクセス解析）はありません。ゲームの進行のために自前のサーバーと通信することはありません。
本アプリには広告があり、その配信に Google の AdMob を利用しています。広告を表示するため、Google（AdMob）が次の情報を取得します：IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われます）、端末の識別子（アプリごとの識別子など）、表示された広告とその操作（タップ・動画の視聴など）、アプリの動作の情報（起動時間・クラッシュなど）。これらは Google が取得・管理するもので、提供者は個人を特定できる形で受け取ったり保存したりしません。
本アプリは、他社のアプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めません。そのため、広告識別子（IDFA）は Google に渡りません。Google による広告のパーソナライズは、Google のマイ アド センターで管理できます。Google は自社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を行います。提供者はこれらのデータを保存しないため、提供者の側に削除の対象はありません。Google が取得したデータの確認・削除は、マイ アド センターと Google のポリシーのページから行えます。取り扱いについては Google のポリシーをご確認ください。
育成中の選手・殿堂・実績・特性図鑑・継承ポイント・設定・自動バックアップなどのゲームの進み具合は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。提供者を含む第三者のサーバーには送信しません。アプリを削除すると、これらは元に戻せません（設定の「バックアップ」で書き出しておくと、あとで戻せます）。
設定の「バックアップ」の「ファイルで共有」や「書き出す」は、ユーザーご自身が操作したときだけ、ゲームのデータをテキストとして端末の共有メニューやクリップボードに渡します。どのアプリ・サービスに渡すか（ファイルへの保存・メール・クラウドなど）は、ユーザーが選びます。提供者がそのデータを受け取ることはありません。
年が変わる節目（13歳になってから、4年に1回程度）に、全画面広告が表示されることがあります。広告の内容は全年齢向けに限る設定にしています。動画広告を最後まで見ると、特典（疲れを取る・経験点・継承ポイント。それぞれ回数に限りがあります）を受け取れます（任意です）。「広告を消す」（買い切り）をご購入いただくと、全画面広告は表示されなくなり、動画の特典も動画なしで受け取れます（広告の読み込みそのものを行いません）。App Store で返金された場合は、広告が再び表示されます。
本アプリの商品は、すべて買い切り（一度の購入で、ずっと使えるもの）です：「広告を消す」「継承ブースト」（引退のたびの継承ポイントが2倍）。決済は App Store が行います。クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報が本アプリや提供者に渡ることはありません。購入したかどうかは、お使いの端末の中と App Store の記録だけで確かめます。
本アプリは子ども向け（13歳未満向け）に作ったものではありません。暴力・賭け事・成人向けの表現を含まず、提供者は個人情報を収集しません。広告の内容は全年齢向けに限る設定にしていますが、広告配信のため上記の情報が Google に取得されます。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新してお知らせします。

"Baseball Career" (the "App") is a baseball player-development simulation game provided by Tsuruhashi-sha, an individually run developer. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location. The App has no account registration, sign-in, or usage analytics. The App does not communicate with any server of ours for gameplay.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google (AdMob) collects: your IP address (used to estimate your general location), device identifiers (such as an app-specific identifier), the ads shown and how you interact with them (taps, video views), and app performance data (such as launch time and crashes). This data is collected and managed by Google; we do not receive or store it in a form that identifies you.
The App does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency), so your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared with Google. You can manage ad personalization by Google at My Ad Center. Google protects this data under its own privacy policy, with protection at least equal to this policy. We do not store this data, so there is nothing for us to delete; you can review or delete data collected by Google through My Ad Center and Google's policy pages. See Google's policy for details.
Your game progress (your player, hall of fame, achievements, trait book, legacy points, settings, and automatic backups) is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server, including ours. Deleting the App deletes this data permanently (you can export a backup from Settings and restore it later).
"Share as file" and "Export" in Settings pass your game data as text to your device's share menu or clipboard only when you choose to. You decide where it goes (saving to a file, email, cloud, and so on). We never receive that data.
A full-screen ad may appear when a year changes in your player's career (about once every four years, and only from age 13). Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages. Watching a video ad to the end gives you an optional bonus (fatigue recovery, experience points, or a legacy point; each is limited in how often it can be used). Purchasing "Remove Ads" (one-time) removes full-screen ads and lets you receive the video bonuses without videos (the App stops loading ads). If the purchase is refunded through the App Store, ads will be shown again.
All items are one-time purchases: "Remove Ads", and "Legacy Boost" (double legacy points on each retirement). Payments are processed by the App Store. Your payment details are never shared with the App or with us. Whether you own an item is checked only on your device and in the App Store's records.
The App is not directed at children under 13. It contains no violence, gambling, or adult content, and we collect no personal information. Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages, but the information described above is collected by Google to serve ads.
We may update this policy due to legal changes or new features. For significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
