利用規約 | 野球育成 / Terms of Use

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、つるはし社が提供する「野球育成」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、野球選手を幼少期から育てる、エンターテインメント目的のシミュレーションゲームです。登場する人物・チーム・リーグ・大会・表彰の名前はすべて架空または一般的な呼び名であり、実在の人物・団体・大会とは関係ありません。

育成中の選手・殿堂・実績・特性図鑑などは端末の中にだけ保存されます。端末の初期化、アプリの削除、機種変更などにより記録が失われた場合でも、提供者は復旧の責任を負いません。設定の「バックアップ」で、記録を書き出して保管できます。

4. 広告・アプリ内課金

本アプリには広告があります。アプリ内課金（「広告を消す」「継承ブースト」）は、すべて買い切りの商品です。決済・返金は App Store の定めに従います。機種変更などの際は、アプリの設定画面の「購入を復元」をご利用ください。返金された場合、広告は再び表示されます。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、提供者は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負わないものとします。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリで使用しているフォント（Noto Sans JP）は SIL Open Font License に基づいて利用しています。

7. 規約の変更

提供者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set the conditions for using "Baseball Career" (the "App"), provided by Tsuruhashi-sha. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is an entertainment simulation game in which you raise a baseball player from childhood. All people, teams, leagues, tournaments, and award names in the App are fictional or generic terms and have no relation to real people, organizations, or events.

2. Prohibited acts

Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App (except where permitted by law)
Copying, modifying, or redistributing all or part of the App without permission
Interfering with the normal operation of the App
Any act that violates the law or public order and morals

3. Game data

Your player, hall of fame, achievements, trait book, and other data are stored only on your device. We are not responsible for restoring data lost through device reset, app deletion, or device changes. You can export a backup from Settings.

4. Ads and in-app purchases

The App contains ads. In-app purchases ("Remove Ads" and "Legacy Boost") are all one-time purchases. Payments and refunds follow the App Store's terms. When changing devices, use "Restore purchases" in the App's Settings. If the purchase is refunded, ads will be shown again.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the provider or the rightful owners. The font used (Noto Sans JP) is licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

7. Changes

We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the provider's location is the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute concerning the App.
